This week at Fine Dining Lovers we kicked things off with an exclusive interview with renown British chef Clare Smyth.
Chef Smyth had much reason to celebrate big this week. Her London restaurant Core was named Restaurant of the Year at The UK’s GQ Restaurant of the Year awards.
Then came the cherry on top: Smyth was crowned the World’s 50 Best Female Chef by Elit Vodka(she was the first British chef to receive this award).

Next up this week we had an enlightening chat with Filippino chef Margarita Forés, who spoke candidly about her background and had plenty of advice for young chefs.
Forés will be one of the distinguished international chefs on the jury of the Seven Sages at the upcoming S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2018 competition.
