Ahead of the S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2017 Grand Finale to be live-streamed on FineDiningLovers, enjoy a selection of dishes made by the seven jury top chefs.
The S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2018 competition is coming to an end! On the 12 and 13 May, theGrand Finale will be held in Milan, Italy: a Grand Jury composed of seven of the world’s top chefs will judge the 21 Young Chefs who have worked closely with their respective mentors to perfect their signature dishes.
Virgilio Martínez, Margarita Forés, Brett Graham, Annie Féolde, Dominique Crenn, Ana Roš and Paul Pairet will crown the S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2018.
