S.PELLEGRINO SAPORI TICINO 2018: EXCLUSIVE DINNERS IN MAY
Haute cuisine food festival S.Pellegrino Sapori Ticino is back with an illustrious line up of chefs and lakeside dinners once again this year.
This year's calender of unique wine and dinner events is already in full swing (see the first dinners), but there's still plenty of time to book a table for one of the exciting one off dinners, until 17 June 2018.
Each of the gastronomic evenings are hosted in lakeside hotels and restaurants in the picturesque Swiss Canton of Ticino and include a number of exciting and unique four hand chef collaborations. When 210 Michelin star chefs meetthe culinary result is guaranteed to be both interesting and delicious!

20 MAY
MICHAEL KEMPF MEETS DARIO RANZA AT VILLA PRINCIPE LEOPOLDO
Experience a unique creative fusion when German chef Michael Kempf from Restaurant Facil in Berlin is hosted by resident chef, Dario Ranza, who has called the kitchen at stunning Villa Principe Leopoldo home for nearly three decades.

LADIES EVENING WITH AURORA MAZZUCCHELLI
Enjoy a special evening dedicated to women in gastronomy at the elegant and minimalist location of the Metamorphosis Restaurant in Lugano, where Michelin star Chef Aurora Mazzuchelli will cook for an entirely female guest list with a menu specifically designed for the women’s palates.
22 MAY
S.PELLEGRINO YOUNG CHEF NIGHT
Take part in this spectacular evening focusing on young talent as S.Pellegrino Young Chef finalists David Wälti (Swiss finalist), Edoardo Fumagalli (Italian finalist) and Diego Della Schiava (Swiss finalist) put aside their friendly rivalry after this year's recent competition to join forces in the kitchen once again in what is sure to be an eventful evening.

MATTIAS ROOCK MEETS RICO ZANDONELLA AT CASTELLO DEL SOLE
Two Michelin star chef Rico Zandonella from Rico's in Küsnacht will join forces with Mattias Roock in the spectacular location of the Castello del Sole set in the biggest hotel park in Ticino and set on the shores of Lake Maggiore.

TOMAŽ KAVČIČ MEETS DOMENICO RUBERTO AT HOTEL SPLENDIDE ROYAL
See what happens when Slovenian chef Tomaz Kavcic meets Italian chef Domenico Ruberto at this special dinner held in the impressive location of the Hotel Splendide Royal.

MAURO GRANDI MEETS GIACOMO GASPARI AT THE VIEW LUGANO
Chef Gaspari will be travelling from Diamonds Thudufushi in the idyllic Maldives to join forces with chef Mauro Grandi at the spectacular lakeside location of The View in Ticino for this dinner. Book a table to discover the unique fusion of their talents.

LOUNGE NIGHT AT SEVEN LUGANO THE LOUNGE
