LEXUS HYBRID CUISINE
This week at Fine Dining Lovers we kicked things off with a visit to Warsaw for the first-ever Lexus Hybrid Cuisine event sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Fine Dining Lovers.
This special gathering was created to promote Polish gastronomy and featured seven international chefs with 10 Michelin stars between them: Mitsuharu Tsumura, Josean Alija, Zaiyu Hasegawa, Fredrik Berselius, Dani García, Søren Selin and Jonathan K. Berntsen.

A TALK WITH ANA
Also this week we chatted with acclaimed Slovenian chef Ana Roš, owner of Hiša Franko restaurant in the scenic city of Kobarid.
Roš, one of the Seven Sages at S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2018, talked to us about the importance of owning your mistakes and why a healthy body and mind is essential in the kitchen.
