OPINIONATED ABOUT DINING WEEK CELEBRATES IN LONDON





Opinionated About Dining has an impressive spread of events to tempt London food lovers out to dinner in the capital from 16 to 23 April. From pop up restaurants to unique chef collaborations this is one week you won't want to miss out on.

During a week-long diary packed agenda of 8 dinners and 2 lunches, an impressive 38 chefs will descend on the capital to cook. The crowning glory being the announcement of the OAD's Top 100+ European Restaurants Announcment on 23 April followed by a themed dinner: The Great Roast.

A host of Britain's finest chefs plus a selection of Europe's most respected will be in town to cook the elaborate multi course menu dinner of langoustines, lamb, chicken and duck plus a trolley service of 30 day aged prime beef served with all the trimmings. Tickets are £400 but it's a unique chance to try the food of so many chefs at one sitting.

British chefs participating at the banquet include Isaac McHale (The Clove Club), James Knappett (Kitchen Table), Merlin Labron-Johnson (Clipstone and Portland), Simon Rogan (L’Enclume, Aulis and Roganic) and Stephen Harris (The Sportsman) whilst Alain Weissgerber (Taubenkobel), Angel Leon (Aponiente), Bjorn Frantzen (Restaurant Frantzen), Christian Bau (Victor’s Fine Dining by Christian Bau), Jonnie Boer (De Librije), Kobe Desramaults (Chambre Séparée) and Poul Andrias Ziska (Koks) will be representing the best of Europe’s fine-dining scene.

A number of other exciting events are planned including Japan meets Iceland, an evening of wagyu beef tasting and the New to the List Dinner where 13 of Europe's top chefs cook the future of European cuisine.
