DELICIOUS FOOD PORN FROM EUROPE'S 'BEST RESTAURANT'
What and where is Europe's best restaurant? According to Opinionated About Dining's most recent annual list of the Top 100+ Restaurants in Europe, right now, it's to be found in a tiny village in the Swiss Alps.
Helmed by chef Andreas Caminada, Schloss Schauenstein is housed in a beautiful castle in diminutive Fürstenau (population: barely in double figures). A disused private school when local boy Caminada bought it in 2002, it's now a a hotel/restaurant with nine guest rooms and three Michelin stars to its name, a must visit destination for Fine Dining Lovers the world over, keen to enjoy Caminada's artfully assembled, clean and fresh plates in the stunning surrounds of the Domleschg valley.
