HOW TO COOK A SPIRAL HAM

Follow these steps to cook spiral hams of any size:

1. Preheat the oven to 350F.

2. Remove all packaging from the ham.

3. Place the ham cut-side down on a roasting pan (if using a disposable aluminum roasting pan place it atop a baking pan for support).

4. Cover the ham with foil or a lid to prevent it from drying out.

5. Bake for 15-18 per pound minutes until warmed through.

6. Uncover the spiral ham and glaze generously, ensuring the glaze gets into each slice.
