LEXUS HYBRID CUISINE WELCOMES INTERNATIONAL CHEFS TO WARSAW
Warsaw is preparing to raise the curtain on the inaugural edition of Lexus Hybrid Cuisine - an exciting new food event designed to promote Polish gastronomy and home grown talent with the support of guest chefs from across the globe.
Billed as the first culinary event of its kind in Poland, Lexus Hyrbrid Cuisine - sponsored byS.Pellegrino and in partnership with Fine Dining Lovers, will run for three cooking filled days from 11 to 13 April.
Dozens of local chefs will be given a platform to showcase Polish gastronomy and promote local cooking whilst also having the opportunity to riff in the kitchen with a number of international Michelin starred guest chefs.
A chef's Creative meeting kicks off proceedings where the creative sparks are sure to fly as guest chefs talk Polish and global gastronomy with around 80 local chefs, including: S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2018 East Europe winner Marcin Popielarz as well as Robert Trzópek (Bez Gwiazdek, Warsaw): Justyna Słupska-Kartaczowska (jadka, Wroclaw), Jacek Grochowina (Nolita, Warsaw), Bartek Szymczak (Rozbrat 20, Warsaw) and Paweł Pojawa (Sugar, Suwałki).
The second day will be dedicated to the Gala Dinner with seven invited guest chefs holding 10 Michelin stars between them, including: Mitsuharu Tsumura (Maido, Lima), Zaiyu Hasegawa (Den, Tokyo), Søren Selin (AOC, Copenhagen), Dani García (Dani Garcia Restaurant, Marbella), Fredrik Berselius (Aska, New York), Josean Alija (Nerua, Bilbao) and Jonathan.K Berntsen (Clou, Copenhagen).
On the third and final day guests will be treated to Open Gourmet, seven courses from each of the international guest chefs offering the unique chance to try a huge smorgasbord of flavours and styles from around the world at one sitting.
