Among the many luxury hotels and historic addresses in Venice, the pursuit of gastronomic excellence is also now increasingly felt among the Italian city's restaurateurs.

MICHELIN STARRED RESTAURANTS IN VENICEDOPOLAVORO 

The original structure that houses Dopolavoro ("after work" in English) dates back to 1936. The restaurant was first awarded a star in the Michelin Guide Italy 2016, just 6 months after its official opening. Behind it there are two certainties: chef Giancarlo Perbellini, the culinary guide, and chef Federico Belluco, who coordinates the brigade.

The Glam, signed by the multi-starred Enrico Bartolini, can be found inside Palazzo Venart, a luxury hotel located in Santa Croce, along the Canale Grande. The restaurant can accommodate up to 30 people.
