22 DISHES FROM BELGIUM'S NEW TWO-MICHELIN-STAR RESTAURANTS





Though the Michelin Guide to Belgium and Luxembourg 2018 delivered no new three star restaurants in the region – Luxembourg is still waiting for Michelin’s highest honour – it did reveal, excitingly, three new, two-Michelin-star restaurants.

Tim Boury and Michaël Vrijmoed’s eponymous restaurants in Roeselare and Ghent respectively, and Ralf Berendsen’s La Source in Lanaken all made the jump from one star this year and so, we’ve collected some dishes and pics from all three for you to enjoy below.
