Thai Saffron Brighton. Elegant Surroundings Great Value!

The surroundings are elegant and refined yet the prices are very reasonable, and the food is tasty and hot. It's always bustling with customers at Thai Saffron who are impressed with the modern bistro-style decor and the aromatic dishes.

The restaurant makes its own curry pastes, which makes all the difference. The food is absolutely spectacular and the presentation is beautiful. The people are friendly and the service is lovely. You are left feeling satisfied.

I love the fish cakes,Vegetarian spring rolls the Pad Thai and the yellow curry with chicken (which I believe they are famous for). Order all that for two and you will be full. On this occasion we opted for the above but substituted the Yellow Curry for an excellent Beef Massaman at the waitresses recommendation -
It did not disappoint gorgeous rich peanut sauce, fall apart beef and perfect potatoes. Yum!

Definitely will be back again. From the warm welcoming smiles when we arrived, the comfortable atmosphere and great traditional menu its hard to go past when looking for Thai in Bayside.

This is a Brighton favorite and its easy to understand why. Beautiful and consistently good Thai food. Very generous serves of both entree and main and a great variety of both menu staples and specials. The duck curry is also sensational as are the other curries - each very different in style and flavor, so unlike many other Thai restaurants where all curries tend to taste very similar and often bland. Stir fries are tasty, clean and full of fresh seasonal vegetables. Service is always busy and tables quite tightly packed in so noise can be an issue at times. A very narrow and steep staircase is the only access to the upstairs dining room but this tends to be a little quieter for those willing to brave the stairs.

You will most likely have to book or you'll disappointed and miss out. Thai Saffron never disappoints.

A great amount of attention has been given to the decor and food at Thai Saffron. Offering a complete dining experience, the sumptuous atmosphere and delicately spiced food make this a very popular place indeed. Excellent Pad Thai.
