- 1 cup frozen mango chunks (5 oz.)
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks (5 oz.)
- 1/2 cups ice cubes
- 3/4 cup sparkling water
- 1 piece (1/2 in.) fresh ginger, minced (1 Tbsp.)
- 1-2 teaspoon raw honey
- Pinch of salt
