S.Pellegrino Sapori Ticino 2018, sponsored by S.Pellegrino, is coming to an exciting climax as this year's stunning 12th-anniversary celebrations of unique dinners draw to a final crescendo.

The haute cuisine food festival that invites Michelin starred chefs to cook with local chefs in exclusive restaurants and hotels in the stunning lakeside Swiss canton of Ticino is a unique culinary highlight of the year.

This final spread of dinners sees three Michelin star chefs come to town, for unmissable four hands dinners, plus the more casual lounge night and the final farewell at the lively closing party.

Norbert Niederkofler from three Michelin starred St Hubertus cooks the (Italian) mountains with chef Luca Bassan at Fiore di Pietra in this incredible Botta designed restaurant 1704 metres up.

3 JUNEWICKY PRIYAN COOKS WITH EGIDIO IADONISI AT SWISS DIAMOND HOTEL

Sri Lankan chef Wicky Priyan takes leave of his leading restaurant in Milan for the evening to bring his amazing "Wicuisine" to the lakes - a traditional Japanese cuisine in which he uses the best Mediterranean ingredients. See what happens when he combines his culinary magic with resident chef Egidio Iadonisi at this one-off night at the Swiss Diamond Hotel.

7 JUNELOUNGE NIGHT AT BLU RESTAURANT & LOUNGE

Takuro Amano and Davide Asietti will be preparing finger food for this special evening of social gastronomy at Ticino Blu Restaurant & Lounge in Locarno, all comes paired with Contadi Castaldi sparkling wines from Franciacorta and Ittinger beer.

11 JUNESØREN SELIN COOKS WITH RICCARDO SCAMARCIO AT VILLA ORSELINA

Søren Selin from 2 Michelin star Restaurant AOC in Copenhagen brings the flavour of new Nordic gastronomy to the 5-star boutique hotel Villa Orselina located in a subtropical park with breath-taking panoramic views of Lake Maggiore and the Ticino mountains.

12 JUNEEMMANUEL RENAUT MEETS NICOLA COSTANTINI AT CIANI LUGANO

Experience the heady heights of Emmanuel Renault's "cooking at altitude" from three Michelin starred Flocons de Sel when he cooks lakeside in the refined and elegant restaurant, Ciani Lugano with resident chef Nicola Costantini.

17 JUNEFINAL PARTY

Join the spectacular closing evening of this 12th edition at the Casinò Campione d’Italia, an architectural jewel designed by the magnificent architect Mario Botta. A team of great Chefs from Ticino will make this an unforgettable final party finishing on a culinary high!
