17 DISHES FROM CROATIA'S MICHELIN-STARRED RESTAURANTS
Croatia got its second ever Michelin Guide this year and though embryonic, there were two new Michelin-starred restaurants to speak of: the perfectly positioned Restaurant 360 in Dubrovnik, with stunning al fresco views of the historic old town, and Pelegrini in Sibenik, which offers a customisable tasting menu, and a similarly gorgeous vantage point for taking in the city's beautiful cathedral.
They join Monte in Rovinj as Croatia's only Michelin-starred restaurants, with one star a piece. All are heavily focused on the local and the seasonal, with Monte's cuisine in particular being based entirely on what's available at the local market.
