Here's the dramatic moment Gordon Ramsay catches an owner stealing staff tips at a hotel and restaurant, one of whom happens to be a septuagenarian.
Not only does the owner take a share of the tips when he works a shift on the floor, which has Ramsay's back up, but when confronted it turns out he's been keeping the tips from all the complimentary meals and rooms he's been giving out to his friends.
The owner is tearfully remorseful, but Ramsay's had enough and storms out. It's unclear whether the owner is just totally greedy or misguidely felt he was entitled to tips if he put in a shift on the floor – probably a combination of the two.
