LEARN TO COOK IN YANNICK ALLÉNO'S 3 MICHELIN STAR RESTAURANT





Chef Yannick Alléno'is on a roll. The three Michelin star chef from Pavillon Ledoyen, who has just inaugurated his sushi counter, L'Abysse, and will launch his Allénothèque at the end of August, will also be opening his first cooking school in September, in partnership with Mauviel.

COOKING CLASSES AT PAVILLON LEDOYEN


Named, "Moments of cooking," the school will offer fans the opportunity to learn how to cook in Pavillon Ledoyen's brand new kitchen on days the restaurant is closed.

Budding cooks will be able to learn cooking skills and techniques with the chef's equipment, according to Relaxnews. The courses will be focused on seasonal ingredients but also include more premium ingredients, like white truffles from Alba or caviar.

The classes will be "convivial cooking sessions to learn how to organize and manage a dinner", orchestrated by Yannick Alléno's chef de brigade.

Classes will last 4 hours with students then able to have feast on their efforts in a private lounge of Pavillon Ledoyen with a complete menu (starter, main course, dessert).

When? Saturday from 9h to 14h30 and Sunday from 9h to 14h30 and from 16h to 21h30.

Price: 295 euros per person (course + meal, aperitif, glass of wine, hot drink).
