The World Avocado Organisation have created a handy map called London's Avo' Pit Stopsthat'll help you navigate your way to the next refuelling stop.

Popular stations have been allocated avocado addresses, allowing you to re-surface at the right spot and take your pick of avocado destinations around the capital.

In a genius idea the iconic London tube map has been re-fashioned into an avocado pear shaped one of course, highlighting the best avocado dishes at nearly 40 restaurants and cafes on all the tube lines.

So, if breakfast is in order, alight at Charing Cross for a salmon and avocado bagel at Bronte, if lunchtime is calling, hop off at Bank for avocado tuna poke bowl, and come dinner time mind the gap at Mansion House for avocado and cornish crab.
