LE PETIT RESTAURANT
Inside the luxurious Bellevue Hotel & Spa in Cogne, the intimate Le Petit Restaurant, consisting of just four tables, offers a menu fusing mountain tradition with the main elements of the Mediterranean diet. Here chef Fabio Iacovone leads his brigade in continuous research and experimentation without ever forgetting tradition and uses of the highest quality ingredients. LA CLUSAZ
In the scenic Valle del Gran San Bernardo, more precisely in the municipal territory of Gignod, just head up the highway that leads from Aosta to the pass to discover the complex of characteristic buildings that make up La Clusaz.
