NOMA ALUMNI

This week at Fine Dining Lovers we kicked things off with an interesting tour of Copenhagen. We ventured to different dining spots operated by chefs who previously worked at the city's award-winning restaurant Noma.

These Noma alumni are everywhere opening exciting new eateries inspired by the cuisine of Chef René Redzepi, albeit with their own personal twist.

Check out some of our favorite restaurants from Noma alumni.

A CHAT WITH ALVARO

From Copenhagen we turned our attention to Colombia where we chatted with chef Alvaro Clavijo.

Clavijo, another Noma alumni, worked in stellar kitchens around the world including Per Se and L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon before going back to his native land to open his own restaurant.

His restaurant El Chato blends local ingredients with his ever growing curiosity.

Learn about the creative food and dishes Chef Clavijo has created.

IN THE BLOG

This week in the blog we brought you highlights of the upcoming S.Pellegrino Sapori Ticino food festival in Switzerland, 5 awesome Thomas Keller cooking videos, a fun recipe for fried green tomatoes, and more.
