L’INSTANT: AN IMMERSIVE DINING EXPERIENCE IN CANNES

Imagine a one-of-a-kind dinner on the beach illuminated by blue lights, just metres away from the water and from the hectic atmosphere of the Cannes Film Festival. Imagine a gastronomic experience inspired by the most iconic cities in the world, celebrating how fine food can unite people from all over the globe.



On the occasion of the 71st Edition of the Festival de Cannes, on the 19 May 2018, S.Pellegrinocreated L’INSTANT, a pop-up restaurant located on the exclusive J W Marriot Hotel private Palais Stephanie beach in Cannes.

AROUND THE WORLD IN FOUR DISHES


From Paris to New York, Shanghai to Milan: the guests had the chance to explore new places through food, discover new flavours and share an amazing dining adventure.

The menu of the immersive dining experience was specially created by Potel et Chabot with the collaboration of chef Yoni Saada, renowned for his creative Mediterranean cuisine.



Each one of the spectacular dishes served during the dinner was inspired by a different city, some of the most important gastronomic capitals of the world.


Paris: La Coupole du Grand Palais




Mediterranean sea bream carpaccio, white peach, herbs and fresh flowers.

New York: Manhattan Skyscraper




Poultry supreme, jus, straw potatoes and black garlic ketchup.

Shanghai: Chinese Spark




Tuna casserole: tuna flambéed to order, marinated in a skipjack infusion, with vegetable cubes and parsley bread, and black garlic condiment.

Milano: Italian Surprise




Chocolate sphere, vanilla custard, strawberry and rhubarb chutney, caramelised pop-corn, rhubarb sorbet.

ENHANCE YOUR MOMENTS


With this unique experience, S.Pellegrino aimed to bring to life its new global campaign Enhance Your Moments.

The campaign, launched in the US, Canada and several European Countries, encourages food enthusiasts to discover new places and share good taste experiences, taking them on an amazing journey around the world. Watch it here below!
