MAD SYMPOSIUM 2018: APPLY NOW TO JOIN IN
Rene Redzepi and team are all set to return with the big red tent at 'Mad Symposium' in Refshaleøen Copenhagen for two days this summer, from 26 to 27 August.
This is the food symposium with a difference where those attending, as well key note speakers, are hand picked in order to encourage active participation in the industry led conversations that unfold during the presentations.
Those lucky enough to attend this year will explore topical issues affecting the food world. This year's topic up for debate is: "as individuals and an industry - how can we create a world where opportunities are available to all people."

Attendance is by application in order to present a wide range of views and geography both in and outside the kitchen. The team are making an active call out for chefs, servers, sommeliers, farmers, and teachers to join them this year.

Acceptances announced: 1 May
Final day to commit: 13 May

Mad Mondays
In addition, MAD Mondays will also be coming to Sydney, Australia with the help of chef Kylie Kwong and Carriageworks on Monday, 16 April and Monday 16 July 2018,
Together voices will form across the Australian food community for talks on the role today’s restaurants play in taking care of the environment.
