DANIEL HUMM LAUNCHES A FONDUE POP-UP IN NEW YORK

Daniel Humm is going back to his Swiss roots with the launch of a new weekly Fondue night at the The Nomad Bar in New York.

Described as a ‘true Alpine feast’ the menu will feature a mix of Swiss classics cooked to perfection. We’re talking creamy, cheesy fondue pots alongside fresh pretzels and lots of tart tatin for delicious afters.

The Nomad is known for one-off themed events like this, and for approaching them with style. Their last themed dining event was Mamma Guidara’s, which saw the space transformed into an 1980s New York Italian bistro serving family-style Italian food.

For the new fondue theme, chef Humm will offer a three course menu with fondue served alongside Marble Potatoes and toasted levain, there will also be a supplementary course of black truffle with soft scrambled eggs.

The menu costs $55 per person and will only be available for dinner on Sunday nights, tables can be reserved on Resy.
