Chefs Head to Gastromasa 2017, Istanbul


CHEFS HEAD TO GASTROMASA 2017, ISTANBUL





Gastromasa, Turkey’s premier food conference sponsored by S.Pellegrino, returns for a third year on 2 December 2017, with another stellar chef’s line-up.

The event, which will take place at the Haliç Congress Center in Istanbul, this year takes ‘Product,’ as its theme, with hundreds of attendees enjoying talks from some of the world’s top chefs around the fundamentals of gastronomy and the “gifts of the soil.” There will also be a number of Q&A sessions where audiences will be invited to put their questions to the 15-plus speakers.

The goal of the International Gastromasa Gastronomy Conference is to promote Turkish gastronomy whilst encouraging synergy with other cuisines, at the same time promoting Turkey as a top destination for business and leisure.
LINE-UP

This year’s speakers line-up includes Mitsuharu Tsumura of Lima’s Maido restaurant, recently crowned Best Restaurant in Latin America, Virgilio Martinez, Kamilla Seidler, who recently announced that she would be leaving Bolivia’s Gustu, Joan Roca, Mauro Colagreco, Hiroyasu Kawate of Tokyo's Florilège, Asia’s one to Watch 2016, Istanbul-born pastry chef Stelios Parliarosand Joxe Mari Aizega, head of the Basque Culinary Center.
