If you're a wine lover with a thirst for finding out more about the beloved grape, check out the Wine Lust Journey programme in Singapore this August.
Throughout the entire month, a wide-ranging programme of wine adventures will take place in Singapore at four of the iconic properties, namely The Garage at the Singapore Botanic Gardens, The Summerhouse at Seletar Aerospace Park, Monti at the Fullerton Pavilion, and Stellar at 1-Altitude at One Raffles Place.
Known as the Wine Lust Journeys programme, five events are scheduled to tickle your taste buds, a highlight being the three session afternoon of sublime tastings and masterclass offered on 27 August.
WINE LUST AFTERNOON AFFAIR ON 27 AUGUST @ BOTANICO
Oenophiles will relish the opportunity to spend an afternoon meeting wine producers, tasting wine and learning more about how to pair wine, water and food in this three tiered exciting afternoon.A Wine Lust Brunch starts the afternoon followed by the Wine Lust Affair wine tasting. Guests will have the chance to meet 6 wine partners and 48 featured winemakers, as well as tasting 69 labels in one exclusive afternoon.
And last but not least, two sessions of Wine, Water & Food Masterclasses will be jointly presented by Sanpellegrino and Culina allowing food lovers the opportunity to take part in an educational masterclass learning how to harmonise the pairing of food, wine and water with a special menu created for the event including seabass ceviche, Japanese scallops, wagyu flank, lamb t-bone.
